McCormick Rowhouse District

The historic homes of the Historic McCormick Rowhouse District are found in Lincoln Park, nestled within the DePaul University Campus. They were originally built by the McCormick Theological Seminary for housing (1884-1889) in the Queen Anne style. They were added to the Chicago Landmarks District in 1971, and they are also part of the Sheffield Historic District.

Now owned by individual owners, there are covenants that protect the exteriors and public areas, including the McCormick Row House private park. The homes are vertical, with 4 levels, and parking is available just outside the homes.
